What is this tool?

Helps plan reception seating from a guest list, table count, and seats per table. Numeric preferences like “Table 2” are honored when space remains; everyone else is filled round-robin. Reassign guests with per-person dropdowns — a clean list view that works well on mobile.

How to use it

Set number of tables and seats per table.
Add guests (optional group/table preference).
Click Auto-assign, then reassign anyone as needed.
