What is this tool?
Splits a shared gratuity pool across staff using hours worked or role weight points. Each person’s share is proportional to their weight — the same idea as splitting a tip among a party, but for a pooled tip-out among multiple workers.
How to use it
- Enter the total gratuity pool.
- Choose hours or role-weight mode and add each staff member.
- Read each person’s dollar share and percent of the pool.
