What is this tool?
Computes the largest crop matching a target aspect ratio that fits inside your image, centered. Enter the original pixel dimensions and pick a preset ratio (square 1:1, portrait 4:5, widescreen 16:9, vertical 9:16, print ratios like 5:4 and 2:3) or a custom one. You get the crop dimensions in pixels, the x/y offsets for a centered crop, the percentage of pixels retained, and a to-scale preview of the crop inside the frame.
How to use it
- Enter the original image width and height in pixels.
- Pick a target aspect ratio preset or enter a custom ratio.
- Read the crop size, centered offsets, and retained-pixel percentage.
