What is this tool?

Converts a track's tempo (BPM) and a note division into the matching delay time in milliseconds — the number you punch into a delay, reverb pre-delay, or LFO when you want it locked to the song. Supports whole through 32nd notes plus dotted and triplet variants. Reverse mode takes a delay time in ms and solves for BPM at a chosen division, or finds the nearest division at a BPM hint.

How to use it

  1. Enter the track tempo in BPM and pick a note division.
  2. Read the delay time in milliseconds (and seconds).
  3. Or switch to reverse mode: enter a delay time to get BPM / nearest division.
